Our Story
SOW Foods was born from a journey of transformation and resilience. Our founder, Rajdeep, left behind a luxurious lifestyle in Dubai to embark on an entrepreneurial path in India. Over four years, Rajdeep worked tirelessly on an EdTech startup, navigating numerous challenges that took a toll on his physical and mental health.
In his quest for wellness, he discovered the remarkable benefits of Moringa powder, which significantly improved his health. This revelation sparked a passion for superfoods and led to the creation of SOW Foods.
Recognizing the rising global demand for superfoods and inspired by the United Nations declaring millet as the "Food of the Year," Rajdeep and his father, co-founder of SOW Foods, saw an opportunity to bring the best of India's superfoods to the world. The Indian government's strong promotion of superfoods further reinforced their belief that this was the perfect time to enter the industry.
